Yoga for Youth – Ancient Science for Modern Generation

Swami Kuvalayananda formed the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Amalner (India) in 1917 and established it in 1924 in Lonavla, (India). Later Kaivalyadhama, Mumbai, was founded by Swami Kuvalayananda in 1932 and now it is one of the premier institutes of Yoga. Over the last 9 decades, with continuous support from philanthropists like you, the institute has served millions of people, in promoting their health and fitness, and also helping them in their health related disorders.

We are glad to inform you that Kaivalyadhama Mumbai is organizing its 7th seminar, YOGA UPDATE 2017 on the 29th and 30th of April, 2017 on “YOGA FOR YOUTH: ANCIENT SCIENCE FOR MODERN GENERATION”.

Swami Kuvalayananda wanted to propagate the message of Yoga to everyone, making its benefits easily available even to the common men on the street, irrespective of cast, creed or social status.
